Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I suspect if we actually did a deathmatch it would be an easy win for the Quality Street green triangle.

There is a tin of Celebrations left at mine with mostly Marathons and Bountys in. Free to a good home. #onlyelevenmonthstilwestartagain

We've got a box of chocolate biscuits in the office and we're still morbidly working through a tub of Heroes at home.

after eights still going around, Bendicks went down well. McVities biccies untouched. The household favourite was chocolate covered shortbread, the whole packet lasted seconds during a beak in boxing day walk.

Terry's chocolate orange is also untouched. A sad state of affairs.

Decent 7/10 on the choccie front for me over Xmas.

Chocolate Orange demolished in one Xmas day sitting perhaps the highlight, the '12 days of Christmas gourmet Fudge selection' is a delight that I am savouring and working through slowly. Nothing with Bounties in received or even offered by others so that was good.

Disappointing was the Haribo* Box - 6 or so bags of Haribo - the nice packs are demolished already (eg the fizzy ones) leaving the nasty slightly rubbery ones that make your teeth squeek and don't taste of much left** - and that's half of them.

* Not strictly chocolate but hey...

** I reserve the right to eat these with Wiggle orders, they are fine then, but as an Xmas present choccie, no.

If you have any left over Christmas chocolate that needs finishing off, just invite a plasterer round, then get my father in law in to keep an eye on him. #locusts
