Tibialis Tendon Pain

Hi everyone

I believe that I have Tibiallis Tendon pain in both feet ( google images). I ran Edinburgh marathon last week, had a weeks rest then ran a recovery run on sunday and it got really qutie sore, now I feel it when I'm walking, it's a strange pain/feeling to describe. I suppose I'm just looking for advice on recovery, I'll take complete rest this week, ice every night and some light stretching. Any advice welcome :)
