Wabo, you're welcome. I'd like the fruit cake part just not the marzipan!
Short run in light drizzle, nothing special, 4.6 miles but legs not too bad though left knee pretty sore.
Trying a bit of planned run walk although on Sat it will be walking the big hills and running as much as possible otherwise. Worked in a way in that pace wasn't much slower than normal but a lot of looking at Garmin which I wouldn't normally do on a run.
Have found my collapsible cup and other essential bits and bobs.

I've never had Simnel cake, but I like all the constituent parts.

What: either Thursday social, or stay at home and pack. Urgh.
Why: Got to go do parent related stuff this weekend and I haven't packed yet!

Last hard: Woldsman.
Last rest: CBA jog round the track yesterday.

Need to do some proper effort training! Some actual proper runners went past me doing proper speedwork and I felt bad...
