I think that the meddling with the course this year only made it heaps better than last year? Or is it me? I thought that the last 3K just flew by?

Well done to you all and thanks to everyone who shouted words of encouragement as they passed me! 11 Laps for me not a PB but fairly happy with that considering the course was tougher and I did practically zilcho trainning. 10th lady so I'll take that!! Great results for Riverside Runners all round. No buff in my bag either.....:-) I want one - pleeeaasseee!! We were in Campsite B and it was a very good place to be.
