I like oysters. Living as we do, about as far from the sea as it is possible to get, they aren't something we see very often. Morrisons* had them on the fish counter, obviously for Valentines Day. They were OK. Mrs Nico didn't fancy them, so I had all 6. Just a squeeze of lemon. If I had them again, I'd probably go down the chilli, coriander and lime route, like we had in Padstow (Rick Stein's Hog Island oysters)
* Morrisons bought FAL Fish a few years ago, so has access to good seafood. During lock down, when hotels and restaurants were closed, we got an amazing choice on our local fish counter.
