It was quite big but she got it, alive, through the window 1m from ground level and into the tv room. She was having a great time; the bird was not. DS15 was hysterical and could do nothing but run upstairs in panic. I grabbed the cat; OH grabbed the bird and took it out where it flew away. Kata now has a bell and a cross cat-mamma. But we cannot really be cross with them for fulfilling their Aristotelian destinies.
