Several flooffy rescues arrived at the shelter today. This one, Boliver, had lots of clumps in his fur. He’s a bit wriggly but very calm and friendly, so I worked my fingers from his head to back legs, identifying clumps and cutting them away carefully with a pair of scissors. Finally, a couple of large lumps … oops! Not used to fully grown, non-castrated cats 🫣🥴

Ha! When Kyri turned up it was very clear that he was "entire" due to his floofy appendages. His fur was very thin compared to now, probably from malnutrition, so not many tangles.
