Indeed! They love my new office chair! Whereas this morning I was pinned to the floor
I remember the kitten stage though EP - gorgeous and exhausting in equal measures!

he is so lovely and I don't like leaving him! Feel guilty! Must be strange for them to suddenly leave home family mum and be taken to somewhere new with new people and nothing they know and be alone with no other cats

I know! Really tough. We got our two (half sisters) together but still rarely left them in the early days. I was very much the over protective mother role!

CK2 yes that's it! Yesterday I went for a swim 1st thing whereas on previous days he had joined me in the office in about 5-10 mins of me starting work yesterday it was over an hour! felt like it was him sulking at me

It's hard but don't worry too much. Cats are incredibly adaptable but it can take a little time for you to gain complete trust. Before you know it, he'll be kneading your lap or rubbing his face against yours or any of the other dozens of signs that show he's all yours!
