Hello :D
I saw the FB post and had to pop on and vainly check if anyone had mentioned me :)

I mean to log on often but feel a bit a fraud due to the sporadic nature of my running at the moment. I am getting back into it though so will hopefully be about more.

Everything is good with me. Oysterbaby will be starting school in September and her brother is now 2.5. Time flies eh?

Would you believe that my big girl in pink is at university and is 20, while the baby I'm holding is now a teenager....?

Crikey, this is proper dusting out the corners. Hamsterboy is now old enough to be getting married - still in touch with his dad who I think was one of the first folk I met but slightly pre-Fetch.

Hi everyone. Still logging training here and still reading chrisull’s blogs, which remain wonderful as ever.

To be fair though things went downhill a bit when cycling was given a separate training category and not simply part of cross training...
