Great doggy pics, as ever.

My run took me to Spinney Hill Park, which is a joyful place. It was very busy with lots of kids playing and many folks enjoying the sunshine.

Here I am after my run, happy to have built this bench earlier this afternoon (by assembling four pieces).

I'm also joyful that my hosts has not yet been devoured by slugs.

Autocorrect has changed hosta to hosts.

Lots of joyful things today. I liked the bee and the cow. I think I've also taken a photo of that robin on a previous run.

I was joyful to get out for my run at all today. Was worried it might not happen as I stubbed my toe on a dumbbell earlier (exercise is dangerous!) and it's been throbbing ever since. Couldn't do normal shoes or the fivefingers with socks without it killing, but luckily fivefingers without socks did the trick!

Running in general makes me joyful so this chap was a good image for that :)

Fragile Do Not Bend
Knowledge was a tricky one! I decided I would post what I learned on today’s run.

1. I’m not recovered enough yet from giving blood to run continuously, even at an easy pace, and especially not up any sort of incline.

2. I found a plant I didn’t know the name of, my app tells me it’s Common Stork’s-bill. It’s absolutely tiny.

Pretty flower!

I'm off on my walk shortly. I want to get my 3rd WSW corner so am aiming for that. I'll see what knowledge things I can find on the way!
