We are almost snowed in today so there will be no running outside for a while. Dusted off the dready and did a Zwift workout to keep things going.

Oh the days of jump starting cars… me, mam, brother, auntie we’re often seen pushing my dads car around the little street we lived in sadly not on a hill.

When I lived in Aylesbury, I used to park at the back of the house where there were several spaces. I stopped parking there because on several occasions, another driver would ask me to give him a bump start.I got fed up with that, so I started parking at the front.
This mornings multi terrain run with the Monday Group was quite eventful. It was 6.76 miles and included quite a lot of walking. We thought the forest would be safer than the roads, but we were wrong. Even the grass was slippery, as were the gravel trails. We also had to contend with a lot of deep water that had frozen solid. One of our Group took a photo of those of us that turned up at the top of "Dead Man's Hill!" I took a screenshot which I hope will work on here.

I think you can.. that was an effort today and lovely scenery. I slipped on a steep hill on my run in the woods on Friday thankfully kept my balance.

GG, I'm glad that you kept your balance on that steep hill. One of todays runners slipped twice on the ice, but thankfully kept her balance.

The snow round here turned into a sheet of ice, it melts a bit through the day and turns back to ice. It was about -10 here early this morning. It's not going to shift anytime soon :-(.
I did 5k on the rower yesterday as it was too cold. Think I will take my running kit to work tomorrow - the NHS do a brilliant job gritting the campus. Will see how it goes.
Looks like everyone had a great weekend.
