mine was very soggy too, Toks. I ran 4 separate loops from home and had a full clothes change each time i passed home.

Well done, Toks. What a fantastic happy photo!

I had a lovely run in the sunshine. Having to change my route to go straight along a main road due to flooding had the silver lining of giving me a marathon which was net downhill and with the wind more helpful than not. Just some minor aches this morning but I won't run again till tomorrow.

Well done, London Marathoners, great running!

Sympathy to the injured, currently including me since I fell flat on my face walking from a car park to a hotel last Tuesday and wrenched some rib muscles - it's surprising how much you use your ribs to do anything!

Have a good week, 1500ers.

Well done Toks, I don't thin you could look any happier on that pic :-) I finished in 4:56:59. My app had paused without me knowing at 0.76 miles and I didn't realise until 7 miles in. Had a mild panic trying to log my time on the App as you needed a 14 digit registration code which I couldn't find on any email. Finally tracked it down and I'm on the results this morning so hopefully the medal is on it's way :-)

This is the before pic outside my house -

And the after with 2 clubmates who kept our spirits up with non-stop chat to keep us going the last few miles -

Oh no Jabber! Hope you're feeling better. I fell on a short jog to the gym about 10 days ago, it's horrible :-(
