Morning gonks. Terrible night's sleep. Brain completely woooop and waheeey. :-P

I'm being interviewed via Zoom for a printmaking documentary later, by a lady in the US. 4pm our time, 9am their time.

Oh and because it seems to have made people smile, here's my latest lino print. :-)

I may run later, legs have recovered well from Wednesday's marathon....

weather is awful. Ran back from the garage. Had just made coffee when they called to come and get the car. I'm going to leave it a while.

Morning. No news from Dad today as yet. Weather miserable too but as today is the only day for the foreseeable that I can't do anything practical for mum or dad, I'll go for a run this afternoon.
Som, your news is great and the little hedgehog is adorable!

Hedgehog is fab. Sounds like you and Sal are having a blast.

So much going on in here and I've only been away for a couple of days! bunting to 700-bin-ers.

Huge ((())) for TM. My Dad had to go to the Dr yesterday with Atrial Fibrillation which we are a bit concerned about, but they didn't rush him off to hospital, so we are taking that as a good sign. It's difficult that they are all getting to this age, but I realise how lucky I am still to have both of them and largely fit, sharp, healthy and active.

DOMS after Sunday's triathlon turned into a weird sciatica/ sore hip joint thing on Weds night. Not v nice, but cured by a good walk and a steady cycle on Zwift yesterday. 3 days sitting in front of the computer earlier in the week clearly was bad for me. As V'rap says, definitely a case of the sitting disease.

TeeBee, etsy.com - he's called Hawthorn :-)

Ouch CStar.

I'm wondering about what my next challenge should be, having survived a marathon.....
