Very ploddy run today - knee never loosened up.
I wonder if it was the walk yesterday and/or lack of soak in a bath afterwards?

Anyway - rumoured to be the end of summer today and rain/cold from tomorrow.

A couple of std deer views, without the big lens to enhance them. Deer all seem very nervous and hiding at the moment, not letting us get close at all.

Good pics

And glad your GP listened to you LG xx

Hope you're not too busy TM

Off work here, so a lovely run this morning which included making a fuss of a worried vizla (hopefully she'll now think runners are all friendly!)

And then helping/hindering Dave decorate ;)

Now on the sofa with a beer - cheers peeps

Belated happy anniversary, RRRR.
Lovely heathery pictures, Um. Took me a long time to find the deer in the second one. But did find it, without the help of the third.

Don't know if that's good or bad, LG. "Nothing serious" is good, but "stress" may not be good as hard to get rid of.

4.33 miles today, longest for a while. It was a new run for me, worked-out from the large-scale map. Started on a section of the Wye Valley Walk, and took in a footbridge which the locals call Swingy Bridge, which I knew from approaching it from the other side. It is very high above the river, narrow, made of wooden slats with ropes to hold onto which are very necessary because it quivers and bounces with every step. Then along a country lane, finally back along a cycle track to the starting point.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
