I have snow envy! Love running in the snow.

Hope the knee is being coddled LD, Iā€™m icing an Achilles that niggled last night when I tried to run fast. Ok this morning so took it for a walk in the sunshine, ouchy again. Tomorrow it can have a day off.

PP also made me laugh with his idea of cutting back.

Just about to take dog out for another walk and it is bitter out there. Will wander down the big hill to the abbey and hopefully hubby will be passing that way to pick us up šŸ˜

Our gym classes are free. I went in past yesterday and see they have changes a few classes and there are now a couple I will do after work - I have booked Tuesday and will book a Friday and see how I go.

No snow here - in fact a lovely sunny day but cold.

No snow here - bright sun and biting cold wind. Very soft, slow & stodgy (trails and me) - but got my first red heart of the year today - and enough spare for a rest day tomorrow.

Take it easy Ferret, achilles are a pest to heal! (I'm sure I should know what the plural of achilles is. Achilleses? Achilles's? Just achilles?...I'm sure one of the many linguists on here will keep me right :-) )

Loving the snow pictures, to me it looks like you are next to the 700ers bin Ymee
I decided to take the bike upto Sherwood forest, no sign of robin but lots of puddles , all the trees took the edge off the bitter wind.šŸ˜ƒ

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
