Okra really has to be from an Indian takeaway or restaurant. I have cooked them myself in the past, but there's a strange gelatinous quality to them sometimes if you don't know what you're doing.

I've had okra in curry but even smothered in spices I still don't like the texture and taste. If I ever end up on Saturday Kitchen they would be my food hell
