I agree on the pomelo. They are huge. We chopped it up and kept it in the fridge for several breakfasts.

GM. 74 before you reached potatoes?
I had some Chinese cabbage (pak choi) at lunch, in a wrap with hummus. It was bought in place of lettuce. Otherwise, in a stir fry.

I bought napa cabbage
From wiki.... "Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa, subspecies pekinensis and chinensis) can refer to two groups of Chinese leaf vegetables often used in Chinese cuisine: the Pekinensis Group (napa cabbage) and the Chinensis Group (bok choy).
