Morning all. Sending sympathy, lemon/ginger tea, hot water bottles and duvets to those who feel poorly.
I wish I could see the sea. Inner London is not best placed for it though
I ran to work today, after walking the dog. Both in tipping down rain. So that's 8.5 drippy miles for me. The radiators under my desk and that of my absent colleague are now laden with damp kit and gently steaming.
I could (possibly) still hit my target.

Back from what I've logged as a 'progressive' three and a bit miles. (ie each mile was slightly less slow than the previous one ;-)) This means I should hit 800 somewhere in the final km of parkrun tomorrow:)
I took a picture of the sea for RH and others...hang on while I upload it...

Lovely picture Daisy. I too see the sea every day on my way to work so just take it for granted. Will be going for a run today although not sure where and when

I miss the sea too, we live just over an hour's drive from the coast, maybe the next decent day we get I might see if Mr L fancies a jaunt along the coastal path up by Morston Quay. This was from the North Norfolk coast in better weather:

Home
Soaked to the skin, arm aching a lot from all the blood they took, and can't get dry yet because I have to clean out the chickens.

Lovely sea pictures. (Daisy, are those "islands" submerged at high tide?). Now that I'm no longer going to Aberystwyth regularly I miss seeing the sea.
