Nice effort for the 100 a month Sera, I would share a photo of the lap I run here but wouldn't want to depress you all after the pleasantness shared by JC and LG. Instead I will share this photo of running buddy no.1 my wife just sent me. Apparently she is missing me and the runs she had. Just a plain old walk isn't enough
Just noticed I am down to -9% behind the 700 target, was at -12 when I got back will be mine *determinedface*
Spinning was a massive cardio blast with around 10 minutes of seated hills. I am thinking this new instructor is just a sadistic "insert expletive". I was supposed to be doing a bit of a threshold run tomorrow am, but am now considering pushing that till Thursday and just taking it easy tomorrow. Will see.

Awww gorgeous dog, my cocker spaniel is fed up of running - he doesn't like the heat (he is like me on that one).
Lovely views from everyone - mine is as gorgeous as always of the sea.
Safe trip across Fleecy - look out for my buddies swimming, they are going strong still.
I am off to see Mother tonight - she is being a tad cantankerous at the moment......

Beaux above is fine for about an hour and half and then starts to get a bit annoyed. Her Sister Belle is a complete nutter (read typical springer) and can go and go and then go some more.
Our previous spaniel passed away on my birthday two years ago. She was an abnormal springer in that she was always so calm and placid. People couldn't believe how calm and docile she was. She to loved to run with me, well before her later years, and would never need a lead and would just work the land on her own, stopping every 20-30meters in front. I never trained her to work but she came from a farm in Hereford so it must have been in the breeding. The key to her though was she let you know when enough was enough as she would just lay down and bark at you. I once had her refusing to move for about 20 minutes lol

Oh beautiful dog Andy. We have managed to tire our lab out from time to time, but usually only by taking her out when we're on the bikes, there's no other way for her to run at maximum speed (certainly not when running with me, lol!) Beautiful sceneries also. I shall post a pic from the top of today's hill walk in a mo...

Dammit, computer playing up and wouldn't upload recent pics. So here's last week's summit of Ben Ledi.

What a lot of lovely photos and happy running posts Great dog, Andy
I've #swumforBint . Didn't seem quite such hard work in the pool today though I wish it could have been a sea swim, the water looked lovely this morning. Next week I *must* get amongst the waves again!

More lovely pics.
LG, how can you go to your beach and not have a swim, especially with your little boy?
Sera, great for your 100 mile month.
The only training for me today has been cross-training - painting. Up and down the ladders and squatting and crawling on the ground, painting my side gates at long last.
