Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

we had spag bol last night - Asda pasta, no posh stuff.

you ok fenners ?

20 miles cycled this morning - thought about keeping away from the coast due to blustery conditions -the A41 coming back from Eastham woods was just as blustery - managed to ascend a decent hill on the way out there - which made me pleased.

and I had the pleasure of passing through Port Sunlight - I had the displeasure of passing through Rock Ferry on the return leg.

Take care Fenners. Very gentle jog then cycle home with the bike left at the office on Friday. Went home the long way in daylight for a change...otherwise it's the canal path in the dark to avoid the roundabout from hell.

Hugs to Fenners, hope it's more of a tired niggle than proper injury.

12 miles with 3 club mates this morning. Cold, blustery and wet. Can someone tell me why it always starts to lag it down on the most, open and highest point of a run? (today it was Beighton tip, which sounds awful but is actually an ex-slag heap which now has highland cattle grazing on it :-) )

Ah, that's rubbish Fenners :-( Take care, hopefully it isn't anything too serious.

Well done on the world record Huntsman ;-)

Pikelet, I think it's because it's character building? Or maybe it's just the law of sod.

We were lucky today, rather cold but it stayed dry. 15.5 miles with a few club mates this morning, felt strangely tired and a bit sick afterwards. Perked up a bit after lunch, but I'm still debating whether yoga later is a good idea or not.

Rockingham 10 done this afternoon, in not-very-pleasant conditions involving cold, wind and rain. However, sunshine-y feelings a-plenty on meeting up with the Fizzywobbles to hand Monkey over. I think we all did very well considering the vile weather.

Back home now, cake consumed earlier, chicken cooking in the oven, chips ready to be fried for a retro tea of chicken and chips.

Good evening,

I am pleased to say Funky Monkey done just brilliant this afternoon at Rocking 10. Sorry no picture of the venue but JK, Fizz, WW and Monkey wanted to get into some warm clothes on. Challenging conditions but I enjoyed the race. Rather pleased with my efforts considering Snowdonia poor performance last weekend.

Lovely to see Girlie (always nice to see Girlie) FML.

I've had a lovely hot bath with a few glasses of white wine. No candles though.

We have a World Champion on the thread. Well done Huntsman.
