Serendippily
Occasionally when other people discuss their cats they do sound a lot more placid and I feel a bit aggrieved. I was sitting in the tub chair next to MrS curled up on sofa last night and killer stretched up and dug one claw in MrS foot and another in my knee simultaneously. She then retired hurt to eat a bit of a puzzle we were doing

I’m wearing one Ugg boot and one slipper because it seemed like the easiest way to rescue them both from the dog. (Not quite sure where the other half of each pair is...)

Unusually long sleep - to be at 11pm last night; after 9am before I arose.

More likely chewed into very small pieces and distributed round the room. Fortunately for my bank balance he prefers the thrill of the kill to actually eating his prey.

Kalette update ... or should this be on the exciting thread?
Method : Boiled, then tossed in butter & pepper.

Seemed OK ... tasted better when mixed with some of the cheese sauce from the cauliflower.

Financial analysis : (Tescos, other supermarkets & greenery available)
Kalette £7.34 /kg (£1.10 for 150g)
Kale £3.45 /kg (62p for 180g)
Sprouts £1.56 /kg (78p for 500g)

Overall - 'interesting' and maybe for special occasions.
I'll probably stick with sprouts and kale !

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
