I've been mistaken for a Russian prostitute once in Turkey but a bloke in the group I was travelling with soon put the fella straight. It's bloody awful that so many of the women on the thread have our own stories to chip in just from going about our business.

I was about two miles away and would struggle to give a description as he was behind me for the entire incident. He came level with me when I was crying, and then dropped back. I thought he was being considerate as I was obviously upset, but actually he was just waiting until we were somewhere lonelier, I think, before approaching me. Definitely a good decision, HP

Luckily no cars were coming. It's comical now, but it wasn't at the time.
