He also gets his chemical castration done tomorrow. And I'm feeling more and more anxious about it even though I do think it's the right thing to do.

It was touch and go yesterday, she stepped on something when paddling on the side of a local lake - blood everywhere. Fortunately, a local nurse helped put an emergency dressing on to slow the flow. Emergency surgery at the vet to identify 4 severed arteries and 2 damaged muscles (and a damaged bank account) I'll be going back down the lake with the NT manager to try and find out what did it and remove it.
