[The item was prompting people to raise the report in order to correct the original omission. Later in the same document there was a report from the University Bellringer.]

• Please meet with your team members for a Check-in this month, enabling a final review and update of goals and a holistic discussion about development. This time can also be used to request preliminary feedback. You can also review/adjust your team member’s goals in myHR and provide comments in the system.

About this event
The Colleagues Network has the pleasure to invite you to our first event entitled “Feeling job-stuck? From Monday Blues to Monday woo-hoos! Solutions and steps to feeling job joy” to be held online via Zoom on Wednesday 19th October 2022 at 1pm to 2.15pm.

A recent study by Oracle found that following the pandemic, most workers feel differently about what defines their success. The survey of more than 14,600 employees across 13 countries found that while people feel stuck at work, they are ready to regain control of their futures.

So here is an opportunity to come and reflect and identify your attitude to work and personally explore your perceived job state.

What will it cover?

To change your life is to change your energy- to make an elemental change in your mind and emotions” Dr Joe Dispenza.

• What is job stuck and how might you get to job joy?

• Mindset – how it is created and what it does.

• Energy – or emotions/feelings and how this affects what you your perceived state and your actions.

Seriously. And actually now it's making me angry because it implies your state of mind at work is all about you and nothing at all to do with the environment or workload.

About This Thread

Amplify your influence, further inspire your team, enhance your leadership skills and develop a competitive edge for your organisation.

The session will support you in considering the organisational culture you are creating. We will consider how you can ensure people are collaborating and innovating effectively and you will gain an understanding of how to motivate and engage teams after/during a period of such huge uncertainty.

You will be given assessment tools to use following the session that will allow you to critique your approach and gain feedback from your teams to ensure the approach you are taking is motivating and challenging whilst supportive.
