Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I was just wondering if it would help me but actually, the pull-buoy would be much better.

I discovered when swimming in the indoor pool at Sidmouth, which is incredibly shallow in the shallow end, that my right leg drifts down too much (I actually brush the bottom of the pool with my foot, *that's* how shallow it is!:-0) I should take a pull-buoy along to the Monday morning over 50's session :-)

I have Zone3 buoyancy shorts which are really difficult to put on. They don't do as much as a pull buoy to help your body stay flat in the water. In that respect they're better for those who want to improve their body position. You have to work that much harder to stay flat.

Q re males and running tights?
My daughter is horrified I run in tights without shorts on the top.

We are not talking a Linford Christie situation, Im not going to scare the horses.
What's the etiquette?

Just done first couple of GoTris loving it. Entry level bike purchased for a while to show wife stickability before splurge next year.
Swimming development going well.
Looking at next years plans.

Don't give in to pressure. Shorts over the top of running tights is the worst look out there. Why not just wear proper running pants underneath?
