As I'm in Brx (for the second time this month! new record!) this eve I'm meeting up with one of my other rugby girls to go for a run. There will be hills. Then we're having a video call with the NL rugby girls to talk about getting back to some sort of training together, since from next week a whole 4 people over the age of 26 (what on earth the reasoning was for increasing the age for unrestricted sportsing from 18 to 26 is I've no idea. Dutch people are all insane) are allowed to do sports together outside. Such excitement.

Run a small run, very slowly, this morning with a dog trying out his new running harness.
