So if NB is using foam from Arkema, it's PEBAX, which is also PEBA. But if they are using PEBA from someone else, it's not PEBAX.

Another progressive in the Adidas Takumi Sen 9 today. Happy that I feel comfortable in them for these efforts now so it's just about assessing whether I'm better in them or the Reeboks. The jury is still out after today's run. |

As I don't do road, these are ancient. Puma Saloh 5k Inov-8 F-lite 230 5 mile Puma Saloh 10k 🤣 My HM last year was in the Reebok Floatride RunFast Pro and my road relays PB is in that as well. |

My 5k & 10k pb's were in DS Trainer, pretty sure Marathon was too or possibly the Noosa Tri even.

My marathon PB was in the noughties version of the Vaporfly. It was as minimal as I could tolerate.

VF2 is probably my fave but I think the PBs were in the first version. That’s more to do with fitness and age than shoe though. I think AF is a bit heavy. The newer version without the air pods is lighter again. |
