Will no one stand up for Sandy? What's it done wrong?
I really enjoyed my run to Sandy for the Sandy 10. The track (route 51) is really pretty as you get closer. Can't fault the Sandy 10 either.

If it's any consolation, we who live in Cambridge look down on all of you equally.

They're ok HOD, not bad given the house prices. Nice nature reserve at Sandy if you're into that sort of thing.
If transport (and cost) aren't the big issue then a nearby village might be a better bet.

put it this way if you meet anybody who lives in st neots that has moved down from london/hertfordshire way for a cheaper house but want to commute they all say "we looked at biggleswade, sandy and st neots and decided on st neots" .....TBH i dont really know why - i like biggleswade personnally- nice little town centre and good shops asda sainsburys- sandy last time i went had nothing there only a budgens! it has a name i think because theres meant to be a big gypsy site at nearby potton...
