Is the “average uk house price” literally the average price from all sales or is it eg an average 3 bed semi?

No idea! But so location dependent it’s meaningless. You could search right move where Gnome is likely to/wants to live?

You're right. I believe Dartmoor prison is closed at the moment and all inmates moved elsewhere.

Unless you've bought the prison to live in, needs some work
