Hopefully you'll be travelling to somewhere with more predictable weather soon, TROSaracen Mr Ness and I found spending most of January on a Canary Island was good for that. 😁

That’s the plan Ness, Lanzarote in January done, then Mallorca in April, Mallorca in May (half Ironman race). Come Autumn I have Nice in Sept, Hawaii in Oct and either New Zealand in Dec or Canada (skiing) Jan or Feb. I think January spell in Lanza just made this miserable shit seem even worse though…. |

The irony is I thought retirement would create flexibility in the timing of doing outside stuff so that rain dodging would be highly effective. Beardy upstairs bloke’s response has been to hurl unprecedented rain all day days at me, the bastard. |

Ahhh so it's your fault, TRO. It has been so much wetter than I've been used to. We haven't had the occasional mild and sunny winter days this year, the ones when I can sit in the garden to have my afternoon cuppa. We usually manage one or two in January and a few in February. I wondered why that was...
