Well done TROSaracen. I hope to pass your 20 year target (agewise at least)!

Hibeedeb
Congratulations TROSaracen I’m still planning on this year, but spring is looking increasingly unlikely. |

I love hearing these tales of retirement as it makes it all sound feasible Day 1 back to work for me today and it feels like I haven’t been away and nothing has changed. I have unofficially heard that management have signed something that if true is either very foolish, cannot delivered (but willl be paid for) or in fact both. I will wait for it to officially land on my desk and then see what we have signed up to and then see what the fall out is. |

One of my friends has retired from full time work today at age of 41. He will be doing some consultancy work but probably a day or two a month.

My old boss messaged me today with a query on an old matter that she couldn't work out. I replied with all the information within a minute, and she thanked me. What's not surprising is that this is a matter which has dragged on since 2019, cannot be solved by anyone in the UK and needs ownership at corporate level in Zurich. Never gonna happen.
