Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

As we seem to be done for this year, here's the thread for next year's Swim the (length of the) Thames challenge. http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewtopic.php?id=57021. This is the wiki http://www.fetcheveryone.com/article-view.php?id=521. Sign up and I'll do the spreadsheet and start revealing the factoids during December.

2k in the pool this afternoon means I'm just under 7 miles away from the UK coast. Send help!

I haven't signed up yet but intend to do the 22 miles - I'll send a donation as I normally do, but I don't need the swim hat and gubbins.

As intimated by LazyDaisy on a different wire, the traditional dates for the ACS have been moved forward. It now takes place from 28 Jan to 22 Apr.

So I thought it must be time to remove the dust-covers and give this dusty old thread a Spring clean.

We could do this again.
