Someone did post the elevation gain for the entire route - it wasn't huge. A neighbour saw me out running the other day and asked how Tennessee was - I said flatter than this corner of Hampshire as I puffed my way up King's Hill.
In other news, as at close of play yesterday I was just inside the top 1000 (#985), but who knows if that will still be the case when I check in again....

No updates from me, only a small run yesterday and just uploaded it along with today's.
The last street view showed a highway in a bit of damp. I seem to be missing the current hot weather there then.

I’ve been poking my nose 👃 in the public Facebook page again. The RAT running 🏃🏼♀️ tops have arrived in England. A couple of people have posted selfie’s of themselves wearing them. They are orange in colour, not yellow. Believe it or not, one lady is complaining about the colour, apparently she would prefer a yellow one as worn by our “America Cousins.”
There’s no pleasing some people.
I hope everyone is plodding along nicely & racking up the miles. I managed just over 7 miles this morning. I’d only been indoors 5 minutes when the heavens opened up, so I was lucky to escape a soaking. 👍

I have seen the orange shirts on Facebook as well 12bar just be happy to get anything as I joined so late I was warned of the possibility of no t-shirt
