5a is a rubbish clue flanker, sorry. Quality marathon - or swap the t to f! Umm, the swap the t to f bit is a swap actually in the letters of the clue, not the answer. If you then search for that word in my blog, you'll probably find what I'm talking about! G

Same motivation flanker. I'm never going to PB again (even if I were physically able, I couldn't be bothered doing the mileage / training discipline it would take) so looking for new goals to motivate me to hit a "reasonable" marathon time. The time for *that* race was a good target. And GFA for London etc. It's funny, using races as a way of justifying going and running and training a bit! G
