i've thrown all my remaining clues in to one crossword (apologies if i've used one or two of them before, i couldn't remember!)

As usual - fetch threads, commonly-used running terms, or Fetchie names. All names are per as the fetchie spells them, but no spaces, non-letters, etc, included in answers.
