Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Happy Sunday indeed. Had a great run at Ashby which is a brilliantly well organised race in the sunshine. I even managed to stick to the plan for a change - first 10 miles in 1.30, second 10 in 1.20. I wasn't exactly keen on racing another 10k straight afterwards but neither was I in a heap on the floor which I guess bodes well.

I did indeed and saved myself for a large dense hedgerow in the middle of nowhere. It took more restraint not to nip into one of those lovely looking pubs that we passed (twice). Cracking race though and would highly recommend it.

just shy of 22 miles today, I struggled a little in the last 20 mins but toughed it out and got the deed done.

Sounds like you executed the plan to perfection Uyuni :)

Good stuff SOD, 22 miles is fab!

Great news WW on the calf.
*wonders if it's better or worse that HOD isn't in the morph suit*

I was freaking knackered last night....srsly, could barely keep my eyes open and was really 'ratty'. After a decent nights sleep though I feel much better, might even sneak out for a gentle recovery run this evening. =D

Trust me, HOD looks much better when full covered by the suit.
