Hello team 3-ers. Training was spot on til yesterday, when a gentle recovery run has brought on a calf strain...probably more to do with Oakley last Sunday, but I did have 3 days no running after that and felt fine before the recovery run yesterday. Bit gutted but hoping that rest and treatment will sort it and that like Sombrero I have enough training in the bank to see me through as much rest as needed. :-/

enjoying causing trouble with its hip nipple buddy
it's ok, hard to tell really. it still hurts a fair bit with certain movements, but I ran 4.5 miles at lunch about 95% pain free and it doesn't seem to have made it any worse, so fingers crossed!
