I think I'd go for training and conditioning, but also yoga/pilates/bodyweight or whatever specific as well

I'm going with scotland and highlands, so that Devil O The Highlands, Fling and WHW get linked (cos they are!)
When you create the tag is there a way of seeing if there is already a similar one e.g. Scotland or Scottish, Highland or Highlands etc. I presume that we don't want these different variants otherwise they won't "link" ?

These may be good, Groundhog. The key is to remember that these aren't search terms we are adding, they are a means of enabling similar threads to find each other. If those tags can be used consistently on relevant threads and and they add something that "training" doesn't add, I would suggest go for it!

Does more tags for a thread *limit* or *widen* the relationship?
e.g. just run - links to everything with run but
run and race and elite - with that stop it linking to things that aren't elite and race or link to both things that are e.g. parkrun (not an elite race ! ) or filter out parkrun so that it won't link to it?

Fetch is developing an algorithm that cuts through all that, so if "run" were to be used on all of them (!!), then the algorithm would link the less frequently used terms first, so "parkrun" would attract "parkrun" and "elite" would link to "elite" before they all gathered under the "run" tag.
I think 😀

At the moment I think it broadens it. Fetch is working on making it work so that it gives more weighting to less common tags so things tagged run and highland will be related to other run and highland threads rather than any run thread
