I'll go and look to find out what happened to the hammers. I assume they got 'eaten' in the 14/15 SuperDeath.

Yep. Because it was a double SuperDeath only two hammers got entered, and they both went out in round 2.

A mystery what happened to Claw hammer and Lump hammer, or club hammer - they should both have been involved in that 14/15 SuperDeath. I'll have another look but I suspect there was a preliminary round that I haven't kept a copy of.
