But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

I was a bit hacked off when that pic was taken. I'd not long had to stop for an untied shoelace. Grrrrrrr.

Cost me my sub 1:35. Not a fast time but with the weather, hills and how I'd been running of late would have been pleased.

Also meant that 3 pirates beat me by less than a min. Grrrrrr

(for those that don't know I'm part pirate)

Talked to Tony just after he'd finished announcing.

There was a group of us naughty fetchies in the tea room and I shut the door when he went in the cupboard in the corner to put the mic away.

Mind you I didn't get a personal shout out at the finish so maybe I should have left him in there. ;-)

He was singing when I arrived I think. I don't watch whatever it is that he's in so didn't really register who he was when sioUx shut him in the cupboard :)

:) at SioUx - wish I'd seen that. Don't know how anyone can talk as much as that. But it was an amazingly well marshalled race in the rain and I did enjoy it mostly, despite the PW and the soaking feet!
