There appears to be a small dingy secured to the chain link. Wholly unacceptable.

I didn't notice what state the tide was in.

That little blue dingy that appears to be attached to the chain was in the sea when I was there - OH and I declared it to be the most unseaworthy little boat we had ever seen!
