I like the course, I run it half a chunk at a time when I'm just after a 6 miler. I have never finished before the lollies have run out. Last year was my best at 2.20 and they'd still bliddy gone!

lol it's a pub near the junction of Bedmond Lane and Potterscrouch Lane! not sure exactly where I am in relation to the pub but I will look out for a big bumble bee coming through You should come to Snorbens parkrun one week Frobes

I've been called lots of things in my time, but a "big bumble bee" is not one of them! D'you know I think I might. I lived in Sandridge about 13 years ago and we used to love schlepping round town on a Saturday, I could run in the park, wife could take the kids shopping, and then the Fighting Cocks for lunch. Sounds like a definite plan!
