But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Morning - I need Southampton Fetchies help!

I’m in Southampton overnight on way to go on holiday and I’ve opened my suitcase this morning to find I’ve forgotten my trainers!! Noooo!

I can’t go 2 weeks without running and so have googled running shops in the area but wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

Sorry, probably a bit late for you now (especially if you're off tomorrow and they're closing soon) but:

Cheap and cheerful, good for a few holiday runs- Decathlon (warehousey places near Westquay)

Proper running shop - Run Company (opposite side of Westquay near the Bargate)
