Hey everyone! I'm sorry I've been MIA this week... I've been knocked out with a hum-dinger of a migraine, something I've not had in years that landed me in our local hospital on Monday (they are scary places at the moment, no one can stay with you, everyone in masks)
But I'm back at work (ish) on some new meds, and on the mend. Hope to get out for a walk later, I'll see if I can catch up!

Crumbs Em, that must have been one hell of a migraine. I sympathise as a migraine suffer but I’ve never had one that some paracetamol and a few hours in bed didn’t sort out. I’m glad you are better now.

Fragile Do Not Bend
My run today was down country lanes, there was surprisingly little variety in the flowers in the verges. Nearly all cow parsley, with some buttercups thrown in.
I did find a couple of slightly more unusual flowers:

We actually found this slightly less inspiring today, as getting an alternative or creative take on it just wasn't happening in our head. Plus the wind was up, so some shots were just unviable with the amount of movement. Totally our own failings creatively...
