Lemon10 Mar 2014 10:52am, 21 Mar 2014 752 posts	0 Lemon10 We stayed at the royal victoria last year which was good, handy for the start and finish, couldn't get in there this year so are down the road at Caernarfon in the celtic royal, looks a bit posh. Bet there are stairs everywhere as well.
KingKenny72 Mar 2014 11:14am, 21 Mar 2014 185 posts	0 KingKenny72 Stayed at Caernarfon Travelodge last year (buffet breakfast next door which was good, no porridge but did see people bringing their own and they warmed it up), picked up the number on the friday night. 20 min drive in on the Saturday morning, parked in the car park opposite the railway (£10!). What I didn't realise is how far up the start line is, so ended up cutting that a bit fine but all good. Staying in Porthmadog this time as all the cheap rooms had gone in Caernarfon.
Hills of Death (HOD) Mar 2014 2:04pm, 21 Mar 2014 29,500 posts	0 Hills of Death (HOD) Yeah Caenarfon is close the Prem inn is nice there, I'm staying in Bangor again about 15 mins away. did Prem Inn last year but that was 75 a night, Travelodge is less for TWO nights. There is also Llandudno junction which is a little furtyher away 20 miles
