about three minutes of hail was sufficient to cover everything and when the hail finally stopped it was followed by light snow. I was within a couple of minutes of starting my run when the hail began.

Woke up to find a light dusting of snow. Another light flurry about an hour ago but no more than that.

One of our agencies cancelled attending a meeting scheduled for today 'due to inclement weather.' They sent it yesterday. This is in South London/Surrey. What 'inclement weather? All the snow here was gone by Tuesday lunchtime!

Snow and sleet at home which, coupled with a convenient bus strike, meant me walking 1.5 miles to get a tram. Arrived at work (8 miles away) to find not a sign of the white stuff!
