Well run MM! I did five today, with waking included. An hour and six minutes, so way off my PB time. I *should* be doing a long run this weekend too but just not sure if I will. I do plan to run tomorrow and will see how I feel.

In the betting instructions is this:
"If the runner does not race, your credits are refunded after one week."
However, I think that if someone's daft enough to bet on a race where you want to come last.......... ;-)

kwala, perhaps you could create a route, put it in your log and delete the other one, then add your actual time to the run.
MM, great running today! :)

I'm not a hill fan either - guy at club keeps telling me hill training is great for improving speed, but I shan't be partaking of that for a while, if ever!!

oh no, how annoying DQ

MM - yikes. Being in Essex it's quite easy to avoid them - my idea of hilly is probably your idea of slightly undulating (if that)!!

Oh DQ! I take it that means no result so you have to do your 200th again next week?

Also a lack of hills here in Norfolk, as you'd expect. I mean, there are some bits we refer to as hills, it's not entirely flat like the Fens, we are more central so it's a bit undulating but most people wouldn't say they were hills! I know they are though, cos I huff and puff trying to get up them!

Speaking of which, Mr Lemon and I both ran today with heart rate monitors on. His is a chest strap one, mine measures it on the wrist. They say wrist ones are not as accurate but they are still pretty good. We ran together at my pace and kept comparing heart rates. He runs a lot more than me, anyone want to guess the average difference in heart beats per minutes between him and me? It made me realise how easy he finds it and how hard it is for me, I am so unfit!

Mandy well done 😊
Dq you must be gutted Gggrrr

I had a steady parkrun with a struggling friend just a bit over 30 but fur the second week running felt easy. I have 10k in the morning then physio Monday, last in 3 weeks ago and legs feel pretty good still feet just starting to ache.
