haha you know the saying 'x marks the spot'

Oooh what a bad boy! Our one thinks that when we finish our supper that he gets the scraps of the plate, if he stays in lving room when we go through to the kitchen and doesnt jump up and nearly topple us to get to his bowl then we might give him 1 or 2 bits.

Loving this dog running chat my dogs love running. Have you looked into CaniX races? Did my 1st in Kielder last year Bailey loved it had planned doing Hamsterley Forest last weekend but dicky thigh put stop to that idea :(

I'd like a canal to run along but I'm very luck & live near woods & fell land which I adore, I'm so missing not running. Fizz tomorrow will hopefully shed some light & recovery :)

haha yes very much hoovers! Sid is a very lean, not a ounce of fat on him - we do agility and a lot of walking/running with him. Maybe once he gets older he might put on a bit of fat just due to age. I will try to get a recent pic and send it to you and you'll see what i mean :-)

I wish I could do that with lenny, he barely manages a walk round the block, my other half rescued him when he was about 4, he was skin and bones, we think he might have been a failed gun dog as he has a very gentle mouth and doesn't flinch at loud noises, unfortunately he was showing signs of arthritis and after tests it showed he has hip dysplacia, arthritis and spondolosis which made it obvious why he'd been dumped at a roadside cos he was no good for working or breeding. Poor bugger

Aww yeah that is so sad :-( I agree GG he will now have a fantastic life now :-). Sid does everything to please us, its so funny when we go to give him a chew and he dives about like a puppy! I taught to turn left and right he does that then barks as though to say 'come on mum, give me my chew!' :-)

Kimbles your running times sound great to me!:) Are you following any particular running programme?

Talking about dogs, we have 2, both rescue dogs, both little Jack Russell types, both tend to get under my feet when I run, I've tripped over them more than once when out running and walking with them, they are just the wrong size!
