According to the server log over the last year or so, that's the most commonly searched for phrase 
I've made some little updates to the search box over the last few days (some of you have even caught me doing some "live web development"). The main changes:
1) There's a little search box at the top of the page now, so you don't have to go to the search page first, you can just search.
2) The search is a *little bit* smarter. Previously, if you typed:
Great North Run
it would search for exactly that phrase. Now, it searches for each word individually, which makes it a whole lot more flexible. It should still give lots of precedence to threads, races etc that contain all three terms.
In the users box, it also takes into account how recently a user has visited - so it's more likely to show you active Fetchies, rather than long-gone part-timers.
When searching threads, it looks at thread titles, but also at the little keywords associated with each thread - which means it's got a much better chance of finding something useful. As things stand, it doesn't search individual posts, which might be a bit of a shame, but having looked back at the last month of data, that feature hasn't exactly been over-used - so I'd rather have something live that will work well, and build on that as we go, than keep stuff live that doesn't do the job.

P.S. That was case with old version as well (it didn't work properly)so hopefully when the new version is complete it will be better.
