Has anyone run the Crieff 10K? What’s the terrain like? Is it a trail shoes job?

Stonehaven Half Marathon on Sunday. Entries close at midnight. Spaces still to be had. Its a bit hilly.

A post on the Crieff 10k Facebook page confirmed they did a recce yesterday with road shoes. As I remember the first part is uphill on tarmac and the remainder should be fine with suitable road shoes (but not racers or flats!), as long as the weather hasn't been too wet.

Thanks Whiskymurray. Think I have a pair of road shoes that will be suitable. Definitely not trail shoes, as mine have horrible grip on tarmac.
